Some of my items arrived damaged, Can I get a replacement?Updated a month ago

Route Protection 

If you have purchased Route Protection and believe that the damage to your order has been caused by something related to transit, you are eligible to file a claim through Route Protection. You can do this by clicking on the link provided with your order confirmation. This will lead you to their resolution page where you will be able to file a claim with them. 

Non-Route Protection

If you have not purchased Route Protection, depending on the type of damage, we can offer a replacement or store credit. We ask that you provide your order number and pictures and/or videos of the damaged item(s) in your email to [email protected]. We will assess the damage and decide on the best method of compensation.
