My order has not arrived. What should I do?Updated a month ago

You can monitor your order with your tracking number that is allocated with every order. You will receive a separate email for the tracking number after your confirmation email. 

If in the case that your tracking has paused and your order is no longer moving, please contact [email protected] with your order number. We will begin an investigation to locate your parcel or identify the reason for the delay.
