1. Please refer to our returns policy below:
[Prism Platinum will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of the goods being delivered. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.]
2. Please contact [email protected] with your Order number and the item(s) you will be returning before sending in your return.
3. Please include your packing slip and/or invoice with your returned items and send it to the shipping address below:
