How long does the sale run for?

Early Access: 13 November 2025, 8:00 PM (EDT) for 24 hours only. General Access: 14 November 2025, 8:00 PM (EDT) and runs for 48 hours only. However the sale may be extended or suspended at the discretion of ULTBIAS.

Are the discounts automatically applied?

Yes, all products will be marked down with the discount automatically applied at checkout! No code required.

Can I use additional discount codes during the sale?

No, this promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes or offers.

What is the return policy for discounted items during the sale?

All items purchased at the discounted price during the promotion are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Due to the anticipated high volume of orders, we’re unable to modify, combine, or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Please allow up to 1 week for dispatch and delivery during this busy time. Tracking updates may also take longer than usual to appear.

What if my tracking hasn’t updated?

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive a faulty item, store credit will be issued for the value of the item. Please contact [email protected] within one week of receiving your order, including your order number and proof of the fault. Note that all faulty items will be as
