I’ve received a faulty item. Can I get a replacement?Updated a month ago

If a faulty item is received, please contact customer service at [email protected] within one week of delivery with your order number, and pictures and/or videos of the faulty item(s). We will assess the defect/fault in line with our Replacement and Compensation Policy to decide the best method of compensation.

Please note that Final Sale items, store credit will be issued due to the limited stock availability.
